10mm 3 Wing Mortise Compression TiXCo3©

SKU: CC10M-3C

Designed for clean double-sided cutting in plywood and laminated sheet materials, the 10mm Mortise Compression Cutter is ideal for CNC nesting applications where edge quality matters.

Unlike standard compression cutters with long upcut sections, this mortise compression design features approximately 4mm of upcut at the tip, making it far better suited to thinner materials such as 9mm and 12mm plywood. This allows the cutter to properly compress the material during the cut, reducing breakout and chipping on both the top and bottom faces.

It’s also an excellent all-rounder for workshops looking to minimise tool changes or get more versatility from a smaller tool library. Perfect for rebates, grooves, mortising and general sheet processing, this cutter works like a Swiss army knife in the tool rack. Especially useful for machines with limited auto tool changer capacity.

Perfect for cabinetmaking, joinery, fit-outs and high-volume sheet processing where clean edges and reliable performance are critical.

Disclaimer:  Tooling Speed Recommendations

Please note that the tooling speed recommendations provided are general in nature and are based on machining Particle Board (HMR) and Medium-Density Fiberboard (MDF). These speeds are intended as a guideline and are based on the use of a CNC machine equipped with a 12 kW spindle.

Actual speeds may vary depending on the specific materials, machine capabilities, and operational conditions. It is essential to conduct proper testing and adjust speeds accordingly to achieve optimal results and ensure safety.
